Is going to jannah so easy?

I asked a question to my friends and the best answer I got ....

.

....I have seen many people talking about a single dua that will make you to enter Jannah easily , is Jannah that easy to achieve??  Let's not deny the fact that sahaba who fought in the way of allah and lost their lives ??? I am still in search of more satisfactory answers ...I'll update this If I get to add something relevant .

1)Is going to Jannah so easy ? / Is it so difficult to enter Jannah ?

✅I could give an elaborate answer but I feel it's always best ko keep it simple just as Allah swt has made the Noble Quran simple for us.

Wherever we are, whatever we do, at any age or in any phase of our lives, we do not get anything unless we strive for it. We want good grades, we have to study hard. We want a good and honest job, house, etc, then we need to earn that kind of living. And so on. You get the picture.

Similarly, if we know that attaining any worldly pleasures takes so much efforts, when we're discussing of wanting Jannah, we have to strive and put in extra efforts there too because that will be our eternal abode after this life.

Nothing in life comes for free or by lazing around. We have to get up and do the deeds which will count. Number of such deeds which inevitably help us to ward off evil and achieve Allah swt's love have been mentioned in the Noble Qur'an.

One of them is-

“Gardens of perpetual residence; they will enter them with whoever were righteous among their fathers, their spouses and their descendants. And the angels will enter upon them from every gate, [saying], ‘Peace be upon you for what you patiently endured. And excellent is the final home.’”

Surah Ar Ra’d Ayat 23-24

Few Others can be enumerated as-

1.The Righteous Will Enter  Jannah (4:124)

2. Do Not Associate Partners, Give Charity, Keep Good Relations (Reference: Sahih al-Bukhari 1396. Volume 2 Book 23 Funerals (Al-Janaa’iz), Hadith 479)

3. Become A Erudite (Seeker of Knowledge) (Reference : Jami At-Tirmidhi 2646. In-book reference : Book 41, Hadith 2 English translation : Vol. 5, Book 39, Hadith 2646)

4. Visiting The Sick [At- Tirmidhi].

And many more good selfless deeds which will also be considered besides the 5 pillars of faith. That's but obvious. So there are many things to do, and it certainly won't be a cakewalk with all the people and shaitan telling you to do otherwise.

As per the prophecy of the end times, and in keeping with the times now, it is slowly becoming harder to hold on to the Straight Path just like holding a red hot coal in hand.

2) Do you think you will enter Jannah at the position where you are right now??( Answer is not mandatory for the 2nd question )

It's only and only upto Allah to decide who will n won't go to Jannah. The smallest of the deeds can sometimes do the trick where mountains of charity won't.

As for us, in our hearts we need to consider ourselves as lowly beings in order to never develop any pride and to help us keep striving in the path of goodness till we're alive.
